Administrative manager services and maintenance

We are looking for a motivated, professional, and cheerful administrative manager services and maintenance to join our team working from our office in Saffron Walden within the “Movable Swimming Pool Floor” Industry.

In this varied position you give support to the service and maintenance department with all kind of tasks.

• Commercial tasks in addition to all services and maintenance works
• Working together with the sales department and project management teams in the Netherlands
• You ensure careful planning for all services and maintenance
• Arranging and coordinate all matters to support our teams
• You maintain contact with our customers and record agreements via email, over the phone or in person
• Processing invoices, tracking receipts, inputting expenses and other basic bookkeeping. Being familiar with QuickBooks is a benefit.
• All kind of administrative tasks and updating all databases
• Working together with all colleagues in the Netherlands on distance

We are looking for a driven, creative, communicative, structured, accurate and stress resistant person.
